Sales Tax

California sales tax is charged on all orders delivered or shipped within the state of California.


Free shipping is one-way unless otherwise authorized to return under policy conditions.

Order Fulfillment                                                                                              

After being processed the next business day, all items must pass a quality inspection and be repacked, given that the item is in stock. Order processing may take 2-5 business days before being picked up by a shipping carrier.

Item availability is indefinite due to the inventory being updated at the end of each business day. In the event of an item being sold out, the Buyer will be notified and provided options.

  • Order voided and purchase refunded back to the original form of payment.
  • Wait for the item to be available and order placed on back order.

However, partial fulfillment-pending-full fulfillment is an option upon request of the Buyer.

Orders are considered fulfilled after the certified carrier has delivered the item package(s) to the address provided on the Buyer invoice and a Proof of Delivery is available. 247SHOPATHOME is not responsible for Buyers claiming to have not received their items without proof. Buyers claiming that they did not receive their order will be provided the Proof of Delivery.

Oversized Delivery

A delivery agent will contact the consignee to offer and confirm a 4-hour window of delivery on a calendar date that works for the Buyer/Consignee. All appointments must be scheduled between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm. After-hours and weekend deliveries are not available under any circumstances. An inspection and signature are required upon delivery. Room destinations higher than 2 flights of stairs will require an elevator for room placement.

If an item should arrive significantly damaged after transit, write all details of the damage on the Bill of Landing and contact us for assistance immediately. Please note that shipping box damage does not necessarily mean item damage. It is best to inspect the actual item before reporting any damages.

Return Policy

Any altercations to the original item will negate the warranty.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the Buyer’s refund.

Upon receiving the item and preferring a return, conditions will apply: Item(s) must be un-opened and in original new condition, original packaging, unassembled and including all hardware parts. The Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return which will be deducted from the Buyer’s final return refund. This includes orders from a free shipping listing.

Returned item(s) are subject to inspection upon arrival. Any missing or damaged components will result in an assessment and reduction to the final refund amount.

We do not accept returns after 30 days of the purchase date under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation and Order Refusal

Orders requesting to be cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for 100% full refund without fee or penalty.

In any event where a Buyer wants to cancel their order after it has gone through the shipping and handling processes, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost return shipping which will be deducted from their refund.

Shipment refusal will be treated as a standard return, in which the conditions stated above will apply.

Address Correction

After order fulfillment to the address provided on the Buyer’s order invoice, we are not responsible for rerouting, reshipping or picking up the item(s) to a different address under any circumstances. Please note that this includes but is not limited to the event of a buyer changing residence and not changing the address on their buying account.

Order Arrives Damaged

We understand your time is valuable. In the unfortunate event of your order arriving damaged, please contact our customer care department within 48 hours of delivery receipt.

For understanding and internal purposes, photos of the damages are required for replacement parts or items.

Requests for full or partial credits are not available.
