The rustic look is a little cheap since it's basically a sticker over particleboard, but if you're not looking closely, you can't tell. The shelving space is great for games or books, and inside you can stash things you don't want out on display.

The furniture of America brand is hit or miss as I have gotten some of their other furniture too. This one is probably one of their best pieces. I got it for under $***, so if you can get around that price, its definitely a good budget coffee table.

It's smaller than I thought it would be, but functionally it's solid. My only complaint is that the springs reverberate any time you bump or set something on the table.

Fairly easy to assemble and really looks nice when finished. The only problem I had was figuring out why the " notch" goes to the front rather than towards the back.
