If for any reason you decide not to keep this product, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our actual shipping and handling costs. Order cancellation and/or refusal non-defected items‎ return will subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case where a “Free Shipping” item is purchased, the return will be subject to the actual cost of shipping associated with the order. And it will be deducted from your return refund. Returns due to an item not fitting into your home or room are subject to the policy listed here. When your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue by repairing or replacing the item. We will also need up to 3 images of an accepted damaged item for verification. Your returned merchandise will be credited to your original payment method. 
 
In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you should immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please DO notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
