How to Order -

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”). Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product.  All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the “Shipping Confirmation”). A contract with us will only be formed when we send you the Shipping Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order in a separate Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the product is no longer in our inventory or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory.
Cancellation of Order -

To cancel an order, you must inform us by email and must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.  If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Prices and Availability of Products -

Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.

On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.

On very rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available in our, or our third party fulfillment provider’s inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our online products as accurately as possible. Due to individual monitor and display settings, the color of the products may vary depending on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will accurately display the product colors.

Returns and Exchanges -

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. All non-defected items‎ return will subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case where a “Free Shipping” item is purchased, the return will be subject to the actual cost of shipping associated with the order. And it will be deducted from your return refund. Returns due to an item not fitting into your home or room are subject to the policy listed here. When your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately so that we can help you resolve this issue by repairing or replacing the item. We will also need up to 3 images of an accepted damaged item for verification. Your returned merchandise will be credited to your original payment method.

In the event that your product arrives damaged from the freight company, you should immediately write down any and all "EXCEPTIONS" on the Delivery Receipt. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please DO notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
